At Unfiltered Within, we deeply value your time, trust, and emotional well-being. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and supportive, while maintaining professional integrity and time commitments.

By booking any service (therapy session, consultation, workshop, training, or any other offering) through www.unfilteredwithin.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Refund for Completed Sessions

Once a therapy or consultation session has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Each session involves personalised preparation, therapist time, and professional service.

2. Session Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your session at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Rescheduling within 24 hours may not be accommodated unless in case of a genuine emergency (subject to therapist approval).

3. Session Cancellation

If you cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance, you may:

-> Reschedule it for another available date/time, or
-> Request a session credit (valid for up to 30 days).

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the session or no-shows will be non-refundable and non-creditable.

4. Therapist Unavailability/ Technical Failure

If a session is missed or disrupted due to therapist’s unavailability or technical issues on our end, a free rescheduling or full refund will be offered.

If technical issues occur on the client’s end and cannot be resolved, the session session may be partially credited or rescheduled once, based on mutual agreement.

5. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same service or face a transactional error, email us within 48 hours with proof of payment.

A full refund of the duplicate amount will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Digital Products or Trainings

Payments made for digital resources, recorded webinars, or downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
For live trainings or workshops, standard rescheduling and cancellation terms apply unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Internships/ Group Programs

Once enrolled in an internship or group program, no refund will be issued after the program has started.
If cancellation is made before the start date, a 50% refund may be issued, minus administrative charges.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (in applicable cases), please email at support@unfilteredwithin.com

Include:
-> Your full name
-> Date and time of session or transaction
-> Reason for request
-> Proof of payment

9. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original source of payment only.

Unfiltered Within reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of such changes via website updates or email.
