As a CPD-certified Emotional Intelligence Trainer & Coach, I offer specialised EI coaching sessions that help you understand emotional triggers, build assertive communication, strengthen self-awareness, increase confidence, develop healthier boundaries and navigate emotional situations with clarity.
To begin EI coaching, clients may simply book any of the existing individual therapy session packages. During or after the first session, you can confirm whether you want to proceed with EI coaching, and I will structure the sessions accordingly.
This ensures flexibility and allows you to choose the right direction once we connect.
